Prestressed Steel Strand
High Strength Low Relaxation Prestressed Steel Strand is composed of 2, 3, 7, or 19 precisely twisted wires that undergo stabilizing treatment. This thermal-mechanical process locks in the tension, resulting in a product with less than 2.5% relaxation (as per standard), making it ideal for high-efficiency concrete structures.
By utilizing this advanced material, engineers can design structures with greater span lengths and improved load-bearing capacity. The strand's uniform elongation and high tensile strength ensure that the concrete is effectively prestressed, eliminating the risk of structural failure.
