Full-Length Bonded Prestressed Anchor System:

The full-length bonded prestressed anchor system is a permanent anchoring technology that bonds steel strands to the borehole wall along their entire length using grouting, primarily used for slope reinforcement and deep foundation pit support. By relying on the frictional resistance between the grout and the surrounding soil or rock to provide anchoring force, it effectively restricts slope deformation and enhances overall stability after tensioning.

The components of a full-length bonded prestressed anchor system include:

1. Bonded prestressed steel strands

2. Guiding cap

3. Centralizers (spacers)

4. Restraining rings (binding wires)

5. Grout stop ring

6. Anchor head (anchorage device)

Advantages:

1. Strong mobilization of self-bearing capacity: It can maximize the mobilization and utilization of the rock mass's own bearing capacity, with a significant effect on controlling rock mass deformation.

2. High structural bearing capacity: The reinforced structure has high overall stiffness, high ultimate bearing capacity, and good stability.

3. Excellent corrosion resistance: The steel strands are fully encapsulated by grout, isolating them from the corrosive environment, making it suitable for permanent support projects.

4. Uniform force distribution: The grout evenly transfers the tension of the steel strands to the surrounding soil and rock mass, avoiding stress concentration.

Pressure-dispersive Prestressed Anchor System:

We mainly provide bearing plate type pressure-dispersive anchor systems, which ensure uniform stress distribution on the anchoring grout through bearing plates arranged at different depths in the borehole. The steel bearing elements are made of 45# steel with a thickness of not less than 2cm, serving to convert the tension of the unbonded anchor cables into pressure on the anchoring grout.

Pressure-dispersive prestressed anchor system components include:

1. Unbonded prestressed steel strands

2. Stressing-end anchorages

3. Bearing plates

4. Fixed-end P-type anchorages

Advantages:

1. The anchoring grout is under compression, resulting in reasonable stress distribution.

2. The bearing plates are dispersively arranged at different depths in the borehole, ensuring relatively uniform stress on the anchoring grout.

3. High utilization rate of the anchoring section.

4. The single-hole design bearing capacity of the anchor cable can be very high.

(Note: This type of anchor cable is not suitable for permanent high-slope support.)

Tension-type Unbonded Anchor System:

The steel strands are isolated from the grout by anti-corrosion grease and sleeves. During tensioning, the pulling force is transmitted directly from the anchorage to the fixed end, causing the anchoring grout to bear tension. This system features a simple structure and convenient construction, making it suitable for temporary or permanent support projects with high corrosion requirements and relatively intact rock mass.

Tension-type unbonded anchor system:

1. Unbonded prestressed steel strands

2. Centering brackets

3. Guiding cap

4. Stressing-end anchorage system
