There are two types of steel strand cable that our company produces:

Product Details

 

The load-bearing capacity of a cable-stayed bridge consists of three parts: towers, cables, and beams, with cables being the key component:

a. 2400Mpa strength Φ15.2mm diameter, 1860MPa strength Φ21.6mm diameter, 1×7 wire steel strands, galvanized steel strands, single-filament spray epoxy steel strands, epoxy-filled steel strands.

b. 1860MPa strength, 1×19 wire structure Φ21.8mm, Φ28.6mm large diameter steel strands;

The cable body has multi-layer dielectric protection, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the cable components of the inclined cable, and can also replace a single steel strand;

Install tensioning and anchoring one by one, which is simple and convenient to operate, without the need to accurately cut the steel strands and remove the epoxy coating;

It can tension a single steel strand and adjust the tension of the entire bundle of steel strands through the support tube and nut. The cable structure can be pre-equipped with sensors, and each steel strand can be tested at any time during the construction and operation of the cable force;

Excellent static load anchoring performance and fatigue resistance: the upper limit of stress is 0.45fptk, the fatigue stress amplitude is 250MPa, and the wire breakage rate of the cable specimen is less than 2% after 2 million stress bending cycles;

Reliable low-stress anchoring performance: the low use stress is 0.05fptk, and the clip will not slip or loosen;

The cable anchor has an excellent waterproof leakage structure and reliable sealing performance;

The steel strand cable does not need to be prefabricated, and the components of the cable can be transported separately to avoid the inconvenience of transporting large components.
